Liability Policy

By booking ANY of our services or products, you agree to the following Liability Waiver and Release:

 

Acknowledgment of Risk:

You understand that hitting lessons and related activities involve inherent risks (e.g., strains, sprains, fractures, concussions).

Assumption of Risk:

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in these activities, including the possibility of serious injury or death, regardless of negligence by Teegan Leader (operating as LeaderBaseball) or others.

​

Release of Liability:

You release and discharge Teegan Leader, LeaderBaseball, and all affiliates, employees, agents, or representatives from any liability for injury, loss, or damage arising out of your participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Teegan Leader, LeaderBaseball, and any affiliated entities from any claims, demands, or damages related to your participation.

Medical Treatment and Insurance:

You affirm that you (or your minor) are in good health and agree it is your responsibility to maintain medical insurance. Teegan Leader and LeaderBaseball is not liable for medical expenses resulting from any injury.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

This Agreement is governed by Pennsylvania law. Any disputes must be resolved in the courts of [Cumberland County], Pennsylvania.

Severability:

If any part of this Agreement is found invalid, the rest remains in effect.

​

Entire Agreement:

This document is the complete agreement regarding liability, superseding all prior representations. Changes must be in writing and signed by both parties.

Participant (or Parent/Guardian) Acknowledgement:

By booking, you confirm you have read, understand, and voluntarily agree to these terms. If booking for a minor, you certify you have the authority to do so.
